We will have 6 x 2.5hr modules rolled out across 1 week or 2 weeks, depending on the participants. Times will most likely be from from 10:00am - 12h30pm SAST time, but we are flexible.

Secret Sunrise UNLEASH YOURSELF Training is the first level of the Secret Sunrise *Journey to the Sun*. 

The Theory and Practical sessions will help you:

• understand the unique Secret Sunrise Joy Recipe
• grow your confidence as a free movement facilitator
• equip you with unique tools to help you facilitate others (including large crowds)
• grow your light into who you were meant to be
• Let go and experience deeper levels of freedom and joy

Once accredited, you will be able to facilitate a Secret Sunrise Session (with others) anywhere in the world. 

You will be invited to join our Global Joy Family!

To qualify, you will need to attend a minimum of 75% of all modules and pass your practical exam at the end of the retreat.

This is your invitation to step into more joy.
